About Us


Taking your company online can be scary. It can be intimidating. It can also be expensive – especially if you don’t know what you really need. There are plenty of shady companies out there ready and willing to take advantage of business owners who are new to the internet and SEO.
That’s where Brilliance On Demand comes in. Our company was built from the ground up over the past 4 years, and is based on the knowledge that SEO is changing every day. We understand how important high quality content combined with a strong social media presence is the key to making your company shine online.
Brilliance on Demand is made up of two partners – Grace Alexander and Amanda Fox. Grace started her own copywriting company in 2007, and it quickly grew into a more than full-time job. In 2011, she and Amanda joined forces and decided to add social media management packages to services offered, since so many clients were asking for additional support.
Our company got its name from one of Grace’s early clients who would often email her late at night with “stream of consciousness” drafts that needed to be turned into coherent newsletter content in time for delivery to the printer the next morning. After a month of consistently amazing results, he asked how she managed to turn his ramblings into sharp, engaging commentary just a few short hours.
“That’s what you pay me for,” Grace replied. “Brilliance on demand.” After that the client would always email asking for her “brilliance on demand” whenever he had one of his late night rush jobs. After Amanda and Grace teamed up, Grace Alexander Freelance Services officially became Brilliance On Demand.
Our company philosophy is simple. You pay us, we work. Your goals are our goals. If you succeed, we succeed. We are motivated to do a brilliant job for each client, because the very nature of the internet is that it is always evolving. When we deliver brilliance on demand, clients retain us for another month, then another, and then they refer us to their colleagues. In our book, THAT is success!
