My name is Ebru Ulufer. I am a Career Coach and I specialise in helping my clients find the work they were born to do.

I was born in 1969. I hold a BA degree in Political Science and International Relations. I worked as an executive at UK financial services sector in London and left the fast-paced corporate world after 17 years to set up my career coaching business. My reason for leaving the corporate world was to enjoy working freely instead of 9-5 and to spend more time coaching my clients which is what I actually love doing. I know how it feels like being stuck in a job that you don't like (even if it pays well) so I understand what my clients are going through and I want to help as many people as I can.

Personal development has always been a big part of my life and it is one of the reasons why I decided to become a Career Coach. I am a qualified Personal Development Coach with
The Coaching Academy. I have also taken further training with Firework Career Coaching and I am a Licensed Firework Career Coach.

I was born in Istanbul, Turkey. I have travelled extensively, lived in three countries and been exposed to different cultures and environments. This experience taught me how to empathise with people from different backgrounds/cultures and how to cope with major transitions.

I specialise in helping my clients create the work that will allow them to be who they truly are while doing what they most feel passionate about.
